Taste is becoming uniform, stories are fading
Too many wines today tell the same story: yield, standardisation, technical flavour profiles.
We believe wine can – and must – remain a living, expressive and deeply rooted craft. Working with life means accepting its rhythm, listening to its nuances and guiding without forcing.
Each vintage then becomes a conversation: do little, do it well, do it right.
Working with life
not against it
For life itself
We work every day to respect the natural balance of our vineyards: zero insecticides against grape moth thanks to sexual confusion, ploughed soils, chemical weed control limited to exceptional situations, reconditioned barrels, HVE certification obtained in 2025, and harvesting at optimal ripeness. Nothing is forced here – life sets the pace.
For precision in the wine
Our winemaking choices follow a single guiding principle: precision, patience and consistency. Concrete vats for natural micro-oxygenation; long ageing on fine lees in Burgundy barrels (228L) from the Cher and Tronçais forests; regular analytical and sensory monitoring. Bottling is carried out at the estate, followed by 12 months of storage to ensure stability and full expression.
For responsible production
We do little, but we do it right: two cuvées, limited bottlings, carefully measured volumes and a close-knit team. A human-scale approach, conceived like a work of craftsmanship, with meticulous attention at every stage.
Our promise
A wine that takes time to reveal itself.
Human-scale cuvées, attention to detail, patient ageing and the assurance of a living wine that expresses itself with precision. Rarity, precision and respect: three values in every bottle.
